Nominations have closed as of COB Thursday 22 October 2020
Due to COVID-19 restrictions on visitation the VFF will accept correctly completed Nomination Forms signed in counterparts.
The 2020 VFF Elections will be conducted by Link Market Services. Link will send a separate email before the ballots open to all members and their nominee (post for those who do not have a registered email address) with details of how to log onto Link’s website in order to cast your vote(s). There will be an option provided to request postal ballot papers.
Only financial members will be eligible to vote to enable provision of the member role to Link Market Services. Please ensure that all membership contact details are up to date and that membership fees have been paid.
The contact details for Financial Members will be used to enable members to participate in the election process.
Please note that as per the VFF Constitution only two (2) nominees can vote per membership, nominees one (1) and two (2).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I vote in the VFF Elections?
All financial members of a VFF Commodity Group can vote in their respective VFF elections including VFF President, VFF Vice President, their respective Commodity region or group and their Water Council region.
Associate Members, Young Members and Student Members are not eligible to vote in VFF elections.
I am the third nominee on a VFF membership, can I vote in the election?
The VFF Constitution provides only two (2) nominees per membership voting rights, nominees one (1) and two (2).
Do all nominators have to sign the same Nomination Form?
No. Due to COVID-19 restrictions on visitation the VFF will accept correctly completed Nomination Forms signed in counterparts.
This is explained in detail below.
1. One party fill in a form IN FULL (ticks all relevant boxes, fills in everyone’s details etc – only missing part is signature of the parties not present)
2. Nominee signs a copy and emails to VFF
3. Nominator 1 signs a copy and emails to VFF
4. Nominator 2 signs a copy and emails to VFF
Can I nominate for more than one position?
Yes. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria for a position you can nominate.
