The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) and the Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF) are proud to present Agriculture: The Heart of Victoria gala dinner.

The dinner, now in its sixth year, is the night of nights on the Victorian agricultural calendar. Be part of Victoria’s food story; meet the people who grow it, craft it and influence our decision to buy it.

“We’re thrilled to partner with the VFF for a celebration of outstanding food, wine, and beer produced by Victorian farmers and makers. The evening allows us to recognise and celebrate the agricultural industry, whilst feasting on the very best food our farmers have grown and crafted”, said Paul Guerra, CEO, RASV

“Every day we enjoy the remarkable work of Victorian farmers who produce some of the world’s best food. Join us at the Heart of Victoria dinner to celebrate our great agricultural industry. Enjoy incredible food while meeting the farmers who produced it” said David Jochinke, President, VFF.

Master of Ceremonies, John Lethlean, will take guests on a journey around Victoria’s regions through stories and conversations from some of the farmers whose award-winning produce has been sourced and showcased in the degustation menu developed by Philippa Sibley of Syracuse and Craig Dowling, Chef de Cuisine, RACV Banquet Kitchen. Some of Victoria’s finest wines will accompany each course.

The event is supported by Agriculture Victoria, Rural Bank and The Weekly Times.
