Working Towards Safer Farms
In conjunction with our Workplace Relations service, the VFF lobbies government in the areas of workforce training and skills development, industrial relations and occupational health and safety. The VFF believes agriculture is a great industry for people to make a career in. That is why we promote policies that support training and skill development so that the agricultural sector has the most up to date agricultural workforce.
We also work to ensure farm businesses have a voice in the areas that affect their workplace including safety on farm for farming families and their employees, and have a suitable industrial relations framework in which to operate.
Find out what the VFF is doing on your behalf across the key issues that are important to you.
