The Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF) appreciates the opportunity to make this submission to
Infrastructure Victoria regarding its 30-year infrastructure strategy.
The VFF supports the publication of a 30-year strategy to inform discussion of Victoria’s future
infrastructure investment and development. Disappointingly, the VFF notes that many of the
draft recommendations and future options relate to the greater Melbourne area. Regional
Victoria is an important part of the State’s economy and community and needs to be
supported with efficient and effective economic and social infrastructure.
