Notice is given that the 45th Annual General Meeting of Victorian Farmers Federation (ACN 079 980 304) (VFF) will be held at:
- Date of Meeting: Tuesday 20 February 2024
- Time of Meeting: 10:30am
- Place of Meeting: Customer Insight Centre Theatre, Telstra, Level 1, 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.
Online viewing (not participation) will also be available. Details and a link will be provided at a later date.
ATTENDANCE
Members will be able to attend the AGM in person – all Members wishing to attend are requested to pre-register (for administrative purposes only) by no later than 4:00pm Friday 16 February 2024 by clicking here.
VIEWING
Members will be able to observe the Meeting via webcast – all members wishing to view the webcast are required to pre-register by no later than 4:00pm Friday 16 February 2024 by clicking here.
Following successful registration to join the webcast, Members will receive an email containing a link that will provide access to view and listen to the AGM. The webcast is for viewing purposes only. Members are reminded that only Members attending in person can ask questions during the AGM.
PARTICIPATING IN THE AGM
Members can attend the VFF Annual General Meeting at Telstra Auditorium, 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne. Members are requested to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the meeting in order to complete the registration process.
The VFF welcomes the participation of Members in the Meeting. Members who attend the Meeting will be provided with an opportunity to ask questions of the Board and the External Auditor.
The AGM will be webcast live. Any Members that are unable to attend the AGM in person will have the opportunity to watch the live webcast and appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf and submit questions in advance.

(Note: there is no requirement for Members to approve the financial report)
