2019 VFF AGM and Nominations for VFF Vice President


The VFF Annual General Meeting will be held at Farrer House, Level 4, 24 Collins Street, Melbourne at 1.00pm on Tuesday the 26th of February 2019.
The business of the VFF Annual General Meeting will be:

1. Adoption 2017-2018 Financial Statements
2. The appointment of Auditors for 2018-2019

All financial members of the VFF are entitled to attend and vote at the VFF Annual General Meeting.


The position of Vice-President fell vacant with the resignation of Brett Hosking following his appointment as Chair of GrainGrowers Ltd. As per the constitution, the VFF Executive Board has subsequently decided to put the position of VFF Vice-President to the membership for election.

The VFF has called for and received nominations for Vice-President. Nominations closed at 5.00pm on Tuesday 15 January 2019.

VFF Members will receive information regarding the candidates and election process in due time.

It is the VFF’s intent to finalise the Vice-President appointment process, subject to nomination(s) and election, by the VFF Annual General Meeting scheduled for 26th February 2019.
