Join us for an informative Sheep Workshop! The Stock Sense team has worked with Meridian Ag and Crossroads Trading to provide a workshop relevant to you!

We’ll be discussing:

• Preparation for weaning lambs
• How to select summer fodder crops and manage them
• Biosecurity signs and why they’re important

Stock Sense has invited experts from Meridian Ag – Andrew Schmetzer and Sinead Barker.

Andrew Schmetzer is a senior consultant at Meridian Agriculture. He has an extensive background in sheep and beef enterprises, animal health, pasture seed, fertilizer, rural retailing and farm management. Many Meridian clients have benefitted from his knowledge and experience in grazing systems.

Sinead Barker is a pasture and livestock consultant at Meridian Agriculture. She helps manage a range of trials as well as works individually with clients to help improve pasture performance, animal production and farm planning. Sinead also has hands on working knowledge of farm businesses and livestock production.

Admission is FREE, and dinner will be provided so registration is essential.
