Dr Andrew Whale from Livestock Logic has always had a strong interest in livestock and started breeding White Suffolk sheep in 1995. Andrew studied Veterinary Science at Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga. Andrew enjoys being involved in on farm decisions working one-on-one with clients in Victoria and Southern NSW. Andrew also runs a number of group programs through the Best Wool Best Lamb (BW/BL) and Lifetime Ewe Management (LTEM) Programs. The parasitology and nutrition services that Livestock Logic offer, in combination with veterinary training, allow Andrew to give relevant animal health and production advice to sheep and cattle producers in southern Australia. Andrew still maintains a veterinary role routinely carrying out disease investigations of sheep.
