UNIVERSAL SERVICE OBLIGATION
The VFF submitted to the Commonwealth’s review of the telecommunications USO. VFF argued that the USO should be changed to enable the best available technology to be used to guarantee service, rather than mandating that a copper line service be provided to rural properties.
